I am running to represent the citizens of Minnesota House District 50B. I am not running to be a lockstep vote for my party. I am not running to be a voice for any special interest groups. I am also not running to advance a personal agenda. I am running because the people of West Bloomington deserve someone who will represent their interests. Your issues are my issues!
Do you think the current legislature has your priorities in mind? Among the first things the Democrats did when they gained control was voting rights for felons, driver’s licenses for noncitizens, and legalized marijuana. Were those your priorities or was that just a way to help them get re-elected?
Do you remember the $17 billion surplus? Elected representatives who cared about their constituents should have seen that as a great opportunity to lower taxes. Instead, the Democrats treated it as an excuse to increase spending by 40%. Is increased government spending your priority or would you rather keep more of your money to spend on your priorities.

I want to bring reason and balance back to the State Legislature. I am a business lawyer with forty years of experience preventing and solving problems. I want to represent Bloomington residents the same way I represent my clients – by putting their interests above all else.
